Pakistan Premier League Golden Boot
The Pakistan Premier League Golden Boot is an annual Pakistani association football award given to the top goalscorer at the end of the Pakistan Premier League season, the top domestic league competition in club football in Pakistan, since its creation in 2004. The top-scoring Pakistan Premier League Golden Boot winners are Kaleemullah Khan with 35 goals in a 30-game season, Muhammad Rasool when the league was a 22-game season, with 22 goals each. Arif Mehmood had the second-highest scoring of 20 goals. Mehmood won the award for the most times with 5 golden boots, all of them with WAPDA. Anser Abbas of Pakistan Army is the latest winner, during the 2018–19 season. He scored 15 goals in 26 matches. Recipients As of the December 2018 six players have won the golden boot award. Ansar Abbas (born 15 March 1989) is a Pakistani footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Pakistan Army. Ansar was the top scorer in the 2018–19 Pakistan Premier League, scoring 15 goals in 26 games. The 2014–15 Pakistan Premier League is the 60th season of Pakistan domestic football and the 11th season of the Pakistan Premier League. The league began on 20 September 2014. Khan Research Laboratories were the defending champions, having won the league championship for the last three seasons. The season also sees the league reduce to 12 teams from 16 after six sides were relegated in the previous season with two promoted. The 2012–13 Pakistan Premier League was the 9th season of the Pakistan Premier League, the Pakistani professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2004. Jadid Khan Pathan (born 6 January 1989) is a Pakistani professional footballer, who plays for Sui Southern Gas as a midfielder. He has also played for Pakistan. He earned his first international cap during the 2008 SAFF Cup against the Maldives. Early life Khan was born in Chaman, Balochistan. He spent majority of his career playing for his hometown club Afghan Chaman, where he was the team captain from 2008 to 2011. The 2011 season is the 57th season of Pakistan domestic football and the 8th season of the Pakistan Premier League, and started on 5 July 2011 under the auspices of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF). The season ending on 29 December with mid season break between 30 July and 14 September. KRL F.C. under head coach Tariq Lufti were crowned champions after losing only one game the whole season. The 2010–11 Pakistan Premier League for professional association football, was the 7th season of the Pakistan Premier League, since its establishment in 2004, and the 56th season of Pakistan domestic league.
