Pak Su-gil
Pak Su-gil (; born April 8, 1948) is a politician from North Korea. He was the Vice Premier and Minister of Finance from 2009 to 2012. He was also a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and a delegate to the 12th Supreme People's Assembly. Career In March 1995, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Administrative and Economic Committee of Myeongcheon County, North Hamgyong Province, and in September 1997, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Administrative and Economic Committee of North Hamgyong Province. From September 1998 to September 2009, he served as Chairman of the People's Committee of North Hamgyong Province. In 2009 he was appointed Vice Premier and Minister of Finance in the Cabinet. The 11th Supreme People's Assembly (Chosongul: 최고인민회의 제11기) of North Korea was in session from 2003 until 2009. It consisted of 687 deputies, and held six sessions. The Supreme People's Assembly is the unicameral legislature of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), commonly known as North Korea. It consists of one deputy from each of the DPRK's 687 constituencies, elected to five-year terms. The constitution recognizes the Workers' Party as the leading party of the state. The Workers' Party, led by Kim Jong-un, governs the DPRK in a monopoly coalition with the Social Democratic Party and the Chondoist Chongu Party called the Democratic Front for the Reunification of the Fatherland. Order Of Kim Il Sung
The Order of Kim Il Sung () is the highest order of North Korea, along with the Order of Kim Jong Il, and only second to one honorary title, the Hero of Labour. The order, named after the country's first leader Kim Il Sung, was instituted in 1972 during a reform of the North Korean honors system. Its history is not fully known, but the order was initially round, being changed to a five-pointed star design later, and the picture of Kim Il Sung updated in 2012. Recipients can be individuals or organizations, who have contributed to the cause of communism. It is traditionally awarded on 15 April, the Day of the Sun, the birthday of Kim Il Sung.
