Page Moseley
John Page Moseley, sometimes credited as Page Mosely, is an American actor who appeared on the daytime television soap opera '' Santa Barbara'' as Dylan Hartley from 1985 to 1986. Moseley is also known for his roles in horror films during the 1980s, such as '' Girls Nite Out'' (1984), '' Open House'' (1987), ''Edge of the Axe'' (1988), and ''The Jigsaw Murders'' (1989). Early years Moseley was born in Mooresville, North Carolina. After graduating from the North Carolina School of The Arts with a BFA in Theatre, he moved to New York City. Career Moseley appeared in numerous Off Broadway theatrical productions. In 1984, Page moved to Los Angeles after landing a role on daytime's "Santa Barbara". Two years later, Page started his own entertainment company, Pager Inc., that helped promote small theater productions in and around Winston-Salem and Charlotte, North Carolina. Mooresville is a large town located in the southwestern section of Iredell County, North Carolina, United States, and is a part of the fast-growing Charlotte metropolitan area. The population was 50,193 at the 2020 United States Census making it the largest municipality in Iredell County. It is located approximately north of Charlotte. ''CBS Summer Playhouse'' is an American anthology series that ran from June 12, 1987 to August 22, 1989 on CBS. It aired unsold television pilots during the summer season. Overview Tim Reid and Daphne Maxwell Reid acted as hosts during the first season, introducing each pilot. Viewers were also encouraged to call a 1-800 number at the end of each episode, to voice their preference. However, the "winning" pilot chosen by the viewers was never picked up as a series. The series was revamped during the second and third seasons, and featured no hosts or viewer voting. Reception David Bianculli of ''The Philadelphia Inquirer'' criticized the anthology series, writing that it "may be the most inaccurate title ever given to a TV program".
