Padre Conceição College of Engineering (PCCE) is a private engineering college in Verna, Goa, India, established in 1997. The college is affiliated to Goa University, Taleigao, Goa, and the programmes are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The college is a part of Agnel Technical Education Complex, Verna, Goa and the college campus was designed by civil engineer Olavo Carvalho. PCCE was the first private engineering college in the state. The students of PCCE call themselves as ''Pacers''. History The college is named after Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues, a patriot and founder of Agnel Ashram, who died in 1984 after making a contribution in the field of technical education at national level. Rev. Fr. Verna is a village in Salcete, Goa, India, adjacent to the village of Nagoa. Vasco da Gama (), often shortened to Vasco, is a city in the state of Goa on the west coast of India. It is named after the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama. Dabolim Airport
Dabolim Airport is an international airport in Dabolim, Goa, India. It is operated by the Airports Authority of India as a civil enclave in an Indian Navy naval airbase named INS Hansa. The airport is located in Dabolim, 4 kilometers from the nearest city Vasco da Gama, 23 kilometers from Margao, and about 30 kilometers from the state capital, Panaji. Margao
Margao or Madgaon is the commercial capital of the Indian state of Goa. It stands on banks of the Sal river and is the administrative headquarters of Salcete sub-district and South Goa district. Assagao
Assagao is a village in Bardez, Goa, India located about 4 kilometres west of Mapusa. Assagao is known as the Land of Flowers as well as several other nicknames – “Goa’s South Extension”, ‘Artist’s village’, “The Beverly Hills of Goa”, “Goa’s Tuscany”.
