Paddi Edwards (December 9, 1931 – October 18, 1999) was a British-American actress. She worked steadily in film and television. Career She found a niche in television movies, and toward the end of her life, doing voice work in projects for Disney, such as the roles of Flotsam & Jetsam in ''The Little Mermaid'' franchise. Across a career spanning many live-action and voice-acting performances, she worked on ''Ghostbusters'', '' 101 Dalmatians'', ''Hercules'', and ''Pepper Ann''. Immanuel ( he, עִמָּנוּאֵל, 'Īmmānū'ēl, meaning, "God is with us"; also romanized: , ; and or in Koine Greek of the New Testament) is a Hebrew name that appears in the Book of Isaiah (7:14) as a sign that God will protect the House of David. ''Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf'' is a Chinese animated anime-influenced television series created by animation director Huang Weiming and produced by Creative Power Entertaining. The show is about a group of goats living on the Green Green Grassland and a clumsy wolf who wants to eat them. The cartoon became enormously popular with Chinese schoolchildren after its debut in 2005. Cashing in on the cartoon's success, the producer made an animated feature film in 2009. It generated a box office revenue of 79 million yuan (approx. US $11.5 million) during Chinese New Year that year. It is aired on over 40 local TV stations, including Zhejiang Television, CCTV and Aniworld Satellite Television, Hong Kong's TVB and Taiwan's Momo Kids. Valerie Hunter Gordon (née Valerie Ziani de Ferranti; 7 December 1921 – 16 October 2016) was the British inventor of PADDI, a sustainable nappy system considered to be the world's first disposable nappy, and Nikini, an early sanitary towel system. Development of the modern nappy In 1947, after having her third child, Valerie Hunter Gordon started developing a product that could prevent the hours of drudgery and wasted resources spent on washing, drying and ironing the traditional towelling nappy. "I just didn't want to wash them," she explained. "It was awful labour."
