Padamudra (film)
''Padamudra'' () is a 1988 Indian Malayalam-language drama film written and directed by R. Sukumaran. Starring Mohanlal in the dual roles of Soap Kuttappan and Maathu Pandaaram, and also stars Seema and Nedumudi Venu. The film features original songs composed by Vidyadharan and background score by Johnson. The film won Mohanlal the Filmfare Award for Best Malayalam Actor and Kerala State Film Award – Special Jury Award. Plot The film takes place where an emotional battle happens to a son due to his father. Mohan Lal plays dual roles, one is a worker in the quarry, while the other is a home business owner. Pandaram, a traveling vendor, has an illicit relationship with Gojamma, a simple village woman. Their son, Kuttappan, is haunted by childhood memories of his father and tries to find out the truth. Gayathri Ashokan
Gayathri Ashokan is an Indian poster designer and screenwriter who works in Malayalam cinema. He is considered as a pioneer in poster designing art along with P. N. Menon in Malayalam film industry. His debut design was for director Padmarajan' s ''Koodevide'' where he created a poster with all characters appearing in postage stamp. The posters created a very good impact among filmgoers. He has designed promotional posters for over 700 films including Tamil films. Ashokan introduced the airbrush concept in Malayalam posters. Career Ashokan started off his career as a designer for books and magazines based at Kottayam and he later started doing posters in the name of the studio he worked. Vidhu Prathap (born 1 September 1980) is an Indian playback singer. He has sung many songs in over 600 films in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu languages. Thikkurissy Sukumaran Nair
Thikkurissy Sukumaran Nair (16 October 191611 March 1997) was an Indian poet, playwright, script writer, lyricist, orator, film director and actor, though he is best known as an actor in Malayalam cinema. He is the recipient of Padma Shri from the Government of India, which is one of the highest civilian honours in India. In a career that spanned about 47 years, he acted in over 700 films. Adoor Bhavani (1927 – 25 October 2009) was an Indian actress in Malayalam cinema, best known for her appearance in the National Award-winning film '' Chemmeen'' (1965), directed by Ramu Kariat.
