The Packers–Vikings rivalry is an NFL rivalry between the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings. CBS ranked it the #3 NFL rivalry of the 2000s. In the modern era, the Minnesota Vikings have been considered the biggest NFC North challenger to the Green Bay Packers. While the Packers have won almost 75% of its games against the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions since the beginning of quarterback Brett Favre’s first season in 1992, they have only won ~50% of their games against the Vikings (going 33–28–2 in that time period. Cris Dishman
Cris Edward Dishman (born August 13, 1965) is an American football coach and former cornerback who is the defensive coordinator for the Vegas Vipers of the XFL (2020), XFL. He played for the Houston Oilers, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Minnesota Vikings, and the Washington Redskins during his thirteen-year career from 1988 to 2000 in the National Football League. Sidney R. Rice (born September 1, 1986) is a former American football wide receiver who played seven seasons in the National Football League (NFL). Rice played college football at South Carolina. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft. After playing college football for Morgan State, he was drafted by the New York Giants in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft.
