PVF-CAND Football Club ( vi, Câu lạc bộ bóng đá PVF-CAND), is a professional football club based in Văn Giang, Hưng Yên, Vietnam. Nguyễn Đức Phú (born 13 January 2003) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for V.League 2 club PVF-CAND and the Vietnam national under-23 team.
