The DH domain is a domain responsible for guanine nucleotide exchange activity that converts GDP on the Rho family Small GTPase (RhoGTPase) to GTP, and PLEKHG2 having this domain also acts as a Rho-specific guanine nucleotide exchange factor (RhoGEF).
