Pusa (Czech Band)
Pusa was a Czech pop-rock band formed in the mid-1990s by Lucie members David Koller and Marek Minárik, together with Lenka Dusilová, and included a number of rotating session musicians. History Pusa, formed in the mid-1990s by Lucie rockers David Koller and Marek Minárik, together with rising star Lenka Dusilová, released their eponymous debut album in 1996. A second album was supposed to be released in 1998, but as Koller and Minárik were busy with their main project, Lucie, Dusilová disbanded the group. They met again in 2000 and supported Dusilová in the recording of her first solo album, which included, among others, three songs from the originally planned second Pusa album. Dusilová has since led a successful solo career, while Koller formed Kollerband, which also included Minárik and Krejčoves. Czech Republic
The Czech Republic, or simply Czechia, is a landlocked country in Central Europe. David Koller
David Koller (born 27 September 1960) is a Czech musician and record producer. Career Music Koller started his career in the early 1980s as the drummer of Jasná Páka and has also played in various other bands, including Žentour, Pusa, and Blue Effect. He founded the popular Czech group Lucie in 1985 and remained there until 2005, when he departed, due to disagreements with fellow members P.B.CH. and Robert Kodym. The group reunited in 2012. In 2008, he was temporarily a touring member of Chinaski Henry Charles "Hank" Chinaski is the literary alter ego of the American writer Charles Bukowski, appearing in five of Bukowski's novels, a number of his short stories and poems, and the films '' Barfly'' and ''Factotum''. Lucie (band)
Lucie () is a Czech rock band. After an initial period of stabilization of band members and musical style (1985-1987), they entered the music scene with their first single "Pár fíglů" in 1988. Over the next sixteen years, the band released seven studio albums, two concert albums, and one compilation album. On 2 October 2004, the group entered a "planned creative break" that ended in December 2012. History Formation and breakup Lucie was founded by guitarist Robert Kodym and bass guitarist Petr (Břetislav) Chovanec (P.B.CH.), who had been performing together in the band Prášek. They eventually came up with the idea to form their own band. It was the year 1985, and the duo added Tomáš Waschinger on drums. They wrote a number of new songs, one of which was the hit "Lucie", which was later included on their self-titled debut album. Lenka Dusilová
Lenka Dusilová (born 28 December 1975) is a Czechs, Czech singer-songwriter and multiple-Anděl Awards, Anděl Award winner. Career Early years: 1988–2000 Dusilová began her career in 1988, joining the Bambini di Praga children's choir at age thirteen after singing in the family band RSP with her mother and brother. RSP played folk music set to Czech and Polish poetry. During the 1990s, Dusilová was a full and guest member of several groups. Between 1991 and 1995, she led the rock band Sluníčko, which released an eponymous album in 1994, won the Marlboro Rock '94 competition, and opened the Open Air Gampell music festival in Switzerland. That year, Dusilová was nominated for the Discovery of the Year Anděl Award. Between 1994 and 1997, the artist was a guest member of the rock band Lucie (band), Lucie.
