Proud And Confident
''Proud and Confident'' is a 1989 Hong Kong action film directed by King Lee and starring Andy Lau as an overconfident, elite police inspector and sharpshooter who is recruited to train to become the "Best of the Best" future leader of the Hong Kong Police Force. Along his journey, he goes through mistakes and errors attributed to his ego which learns from and regains his fighting spirit. Charles Heung Wah-keung ( zh, c=向華強) is a Hong Kong actor-turned-film producer and presenter. Lam Suet (; born 1964), or Lin Xue, is a Hong Kong film actor. Life and career Lam was born in Tianjin, and came to Hong Kong as a youth in 1979 to receive inheritance money left by his grandfather.
