Princess Isabel Alfonsa of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Infanta of Spain, (Isabel Alfonsa María Teresa Antonia Cristina Mercedes Carolina Adelaida Rafaela de Borbón-Dos Sicilias y Borbón; 16 October 1904 – 18 July 1985) was a member of the House of Bourbon, House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and a princess of Bourbon-Two Sicilies by birth. Through her marriage to Count Jan Kanty Zamoyski, she was a member of the Zamoyski family, Zamoyski noble family and a Countess Zamoyska. Family Isabel Alfonsa was the third child of Prince Carlos of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and his first wife Mercedes, Princess of Asturias. Her mother was the heir presumptive, heiress presumptive to the Spanish Throne from 11 September 1880 to 17 October 1904. She died one day after the labor. Archduke Karl Ferdinand of Austria (Vienna, 29 July 1818 – Gross Seelowitz ( Židlochovice Castle), 20 November 1874) was the second son of Archduke Charles, Duke of Teschen (1771–1847) and Princess Henrietta of Nassau-Weilburg, and the maternal grandfather of King Alfonso XIII of Spain. A son of the " hero of Aspern", he started his military career in Infantry Regiment 57 in Brno. Later, he received command of a brigade in Italy and fought against the insurgents in Prague in 1848. Isabella II ( es, Isabel II; 10 October 1830 – 9 April 1904), was Queen of Spain from 29 September 1833 until 30 September 1868. Prince Alfonso, Count of Caserta (28 March 1841 – 26 May 1934) was the third son of Ferdinand II of the Two Sicilies and Maria Theresa of Austria (1816-1867), Archduchess Maria Theresa of Austria. He was pretender to the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, throne of the Two Sicilies in succession of his older half-brother, Francis II of the Two Sicilies.
