Princess
Princess is a regal rank and the feminine equivalent of prince (from Latin ''princeps'', meaning principal citizen). Most often, the term has been used for the consort of a prince, or for the daughter of a king or prince. Princess as a substantive title Some princesses are reigning monarchs of principalities. There have been fewer instances of reigning princesses than reigning princes, as most principalities excluded women from inheriting the throne. Dr. Princess Buchanan is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera ''Doctors'', portrayed by Laura White. Details surrounding her casting and Princess' characterisation were announced in February 2022. She was introduced on 2 March 2022 as a trainee doctor at Sutton Vale Surgery, as part of a storyline that sees the partners at the fictional Mill Health Centre perform a takeover of her surgery. Princess is initially depicted as a hardworking and ambitious doctor who is keen to learn medicine and progress her career, but over her tenure, she was developed into an antagonist on the soap. Princess Telephone
The Princess telephone was introduced by the Bell System in 1959. It was a compact telephone designed for convenient use in the bedroom, and contained a light-up dial for use as a night-light. It was commonly advertised with the slogan "It's little...It's lovely...It lights", which was suggested by Robert Karl Lethin, an AT&T employee. The Princess was initially designed by the famed industrial designer Henry Dreyfuss, having designed previous Western Electric models with the Bell Labs engineers. Later redesigns involved Donald Genaro of the Dreyfuss design firm. Genaro redesigned the case so that it could be more easily picked up. Contemporary advertising demonstrates that this telephone was marketed to women, hence its feminine model name. The Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, A Fairmont Managed Hotel (generally known as The Princess) is one of the grandest and most famous hotels in Bermuda, located in Pembroke Parish just outside the City of Hamilton. ''Jump Up!'' is the sixteenth studio album by English musician Elton John. It was released in 1982 by The Rocket Record Company except in the US and Canada, where it was released by Geffen Records. Background The album includes "Empty Garden (Hey Hey Johnny)", a tribute to John Lennon (who had also signed to Geffen for the release of ''Double Fantasy'', which is now owned by EMI). This is one of the first few LPs that showcases John singing in a deeper voice, as can be heard in songs such as "Blue Eyes", "Princess", " Ball and Chain" and "Spiteful Child". "Princess" is a song by Australian pop punk Musical ensemble, band, Short Stack. It was released in February 2009 as the second single from their debut studio album, ''Stack Is the New Black''. Music video A music video for this single takes place in the same white room for the entire duration of the video. It showcases all three members of Short Stack playing their music meanwhile being surrounded by people dancing dressed up in various animal suits such as a rabbit and bear. Two other people are also spotted in the video, one being dressed in an Elvis inspired costume and the other in a Mexican costume. Towards the end of the video, the lead singer, Shaun Diviney results in hooking up with the person in the rabbit suit as well as himself.
