''Price of Love'' is a 2015 Ethiopian drama film directed by Hermon Hailay which was screened in the Official Selection at 2015 Toronto International Film Festival. It was selected in Official Competition at Panafrican Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou, FESPACO 2015 where it won the Special Prize of Ouagadougou. It has gone on to compete in numerous international film festivals and won multiple awards. It tells the story of a young Addis Ababa taxi driver gets caught up in the dark side of love, causing his taxi to be stolen. Hermon Hailay is an Ethiopian film writer/director. She directed several critically and commercially successful domestic DVD films before completing her first theatrical feature film, ''Price of Love (2015 film), Price of Love''. Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF, Korean: 전주국제영화제, Hanja: 全州國際映畵祭) is an Asian film festival. It was launched in 2000 as a non-competitive film festival with partial competition. It introduces independent and experimental films to focus on the alternative course of contemporary film art. Africa in Motion (AiM) is an annual African film festival which takes place in Edinburgh, Scotland, in late October/early November. The primary aim of the festival is to offer audiences in Scotland the opportunity to view the best of African cinema from across the continent. FILMFEST HAMBURG is an international film festival in Hamburg, the third-largest of its kind in Germany (after Berlin and Munich).
