Khabisi Mosunkutu
Elias Khabisi Mosunkutu (11 October 1950 – 24 December 2018) was a South African politician who served in the Gauteng Executive Council from 1999 to 2010 and in the Gauteng Provincial Legislature from 1995 to 2011. He was a member of the African National Congress (ANC). Before he joined the provincial legislature, Mosunkutu represented the ANC in Parliament from 1994 to 1995, and he was formerly an anti-apartheid activist in the Southern Transvaal, including as founding secretary-general and long-serving president of the Post and Telecommunication Workers' Association.
