Pos Allazei O Kairos
''Pos Allazei O Kairos'' (Greek: ''Πως Αλλάζει Ο Καιρός''; English: ''How The Weather Changes'') is the fifteenth studio album by Greek artist, Katy Garbi. It was released on 23 October 2006 by Sony BMG Greece and received gold certification, selling over 15,000 units*. The album is her only album to carry a modern laika genre throughout its complete track listing, and this did not incorporate her past pop and dance genre which were found to be successful in previous releases, containing many of her most successful songs, like "Afti", "Pos Allazei O Kairos", "Ta Paidika Sou Matia" and "Isovios Desmos". It is her only album to date to carry the RCA Records logo as an imprint, as all of her past releases were under the Columbia imprint. The album did not turn out to be a smash hit for Garbi, but was able to chart for weeks on the Greek Albums Chart peaking at number 5. Katy Garbi
Katerina "Katy" Garbi ( el, Κατερίνα "Καίτη" Γαρμπή, ; born 8 June 1961) is a Greek singer active in Greece and Cyprus, with some popularity in Turkey. Her career has spanned over 35 years with over 2 million records sold in Greece and abroad. Garbi's discography is marked by several multi-platinum releases, including '' Arhizo Polemo'' (1996) and '' Evaisthisies'' (1997), two of the best-selling albums of the decade. Garbi represented Greece in the annual Eurovision Song Contest in 1993 with the song " Ellada, Hora Tou Fotos", taking ninth place. She later struck her biggest commercial success with ''To Kati'' (2000) in terms of unit sales. The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) is the organisation that represents the interests of the recording industry worldwide. Paschalis Terzis ( el, Πασχάλης Τερζής; born 24 April 1949) is a popular Greek singer. Biography Terzis was born in Pylaia, a suburb of Thessaloniki. In his early teens, he began to sing with friends, some of whom helped him in his career. After moving to Athens, he began performing as a back-up vocalist in popular music centres, with famous Greek singers of the 1960s, including Tzeni Vanou. Since the 1980s, Terzis has recorded several albums, several of which remain popular to the present day. Giorgos Alkaios (Greek: Γιώργος Αλκαίος; born 24 December 1971) is a Greek recording artist. His career began in 1989 after appearing on a Greek reality show. Following a brief period of stage acting, Alkaios dedicated himself to music. His first single, "Ti Ti", made him popular in Greece. International Federation of the Phonographic Industry Greece, or simply IFPI Greece, is the Greek branch of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) and is the official charts provider and recording sales certification body for Greece.
