''Pollen'' is the sixth studio album by the musical duo Tennis, released via their own label Mutually Detrimental on February 10, 2023. It was preceded by the singles "One Night with the Valet", "Let's Make a Mistake Tonight", and "Forbidden Doors". The album received acclaim from critics. Critical reception ''Pollen'' received a score of 82 out of 100 based on four critics' reviews on review aggregator Metacritic, indicating "universal acclaim". Tennis is an American indie pop band from Denver, Colorado, United States, made up of husband-and-wife duo Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley. The duo formed in 2010, and released their debut album, ''Cape Dory'', in 2011. Their second album, '' Young & Old'', was released the following year. Mastering, a form of audio post production, is the process of preparing and transferring recorded audio from a source containing the final mix to a data storage device (the master), the source from which all copies will be produced (via methods such as pressing, duplication or replication).
