Poland Men's National Under-19 Volleyball Team
The Poland men's national under-19 volleyball team is controlled by the ''Polski Związek Piłki Siatkowej'' (PZPS), which represents the country in international competitions – U18 European Championship and U19 World Championship. History On April 12, 2015 Poland under-19 national team won title of U19 European Champion 2015. They beat in final Italy U19 (3–1). Same team took part in European Youth Olympic Festival. On August 1, 2015 he achieved gold medal (final match with Bulgaria 3–0). Then Polish national U19 team took part in 2015 FIVB U19 World Championship, held in Argentina. They beat in Pool C all opponents (Chinese Taipei, Chile, Bulgaria and Iran) and lost only 2 sets. Then they best Japan (3–0) in round of 16 and went straight to semifinal. FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship
The FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship, called the FIVB Volleyball Boys' Youth World Championship between 2007 and 2011, is the world championship of volleyball for male players under the age of 19 organized by ''Fédération Internationale de Volleyball'' ( FIVB). The first edition was staged in 1989 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and tournaments have been played every two years since then. The most recent tournament was hosted by Iran in the city of Tehran and won by Poland. Brazil is the most successful nation in the tournament's history, with six titles and one runner-up. Russia is the second most successful with three titles and four runners-up. A corresponding tournament for female players is the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship. The 2003 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival (french: Festival olympique de la jeunesse européenne 2003) was the seventh edition of multi-sport event for European youths between the ages of 12 and 18. It was held in Paris, France, from 27 July to 3 August, with the opening and closing ceremonies at the Charléty Stadium. The 2019 FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship was the sixteenth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship, contested by the men's national teams under the age of 19 of the members of the FIVB, the sport's global governing body. The tournament was held in Tunis and Radès, Tunisia from 21 to 30 August 2019. Tunisia played hosts for this event for the first time. The finals involved 20 teams, of which 19 came through qualifying competitions, while the host nation qualified automatically. Of the 20 teams, 13 had also appeared in the previous tournament in 2017, while Colombia and Nigeria made their first appearances at a FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship. The 2017 FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship was the fifteenth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship, contested by the men's national teams under the age of 19 of the members of the FIVB, the sport's global governing body. The tournament was held in Riffa, Bahrain from 18 to 27 August 2017. 20 teams from the 5 confederations competed in the tournament. Players must be born on or after 1 January 1999. Iran won its second title in the competition, defeating Russia in the final. Japan defeated South Korea for the bronze medal. Amirhossein Esfandiar from Iran was elected the MVP.
