"Play with Me (Jane)" is a song from the British pop duo Thompson Twins, which was released in 1992 as a single from '' Songs from the Cool World'', the soundtrack release for the 1992 film '' Cool World''. The song was written and produced by Alannah Currie and Tom Bailey. Background "Play with Me (Jane)" was derived from "Strange Jane", a track which appeared on the Thompson Twins' 1991 studio album ''Queer''. In 1992, a number of remixes were produced for the track under the new title. One remix was included in the American live-action/animated black comedy fantasy film '' Cool World'' and its accompanying soundtrack release in July 1992. The same month saw "Play with Me (Jane)" issued as a single in the UK, followed by a US release in October 1992. Much like David Bowie's " Real Cool World", the preceding single from ''Cool World'', "Play with Me (Jane)" did not meet commercial expectations and failed to generate mainstream success. ''Sehnsucht'' (; "Desire") is the second studio album by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein. It was released on 22 August 1997 through Motor Music in Europe and Slash Records in the United States. It is the only album entirely in German to be certified platinum by the RIAA in the US. The album peaked at No. 1 on the Austrian and German charts. In 2020, ''Metal Hammer'' included it in their list of top 10 1997 albums. Cover art The album booklet folds out to reveal six different covers, one for each band member (each photo depicting the member with vintage medical / surgical instruments). The cover most commonly seen shows Till Lindemann with a surgical metal wire utensil worn as a muzzle and surgical forks over his eyes. Nigar Aydin qizi Jamal (; az, Nigar Aydın qızı Camal (Mütəllibzadə), ; born 7 September 1980), sometimes known as Nikki Jamal, is an English-Azerbaijani singer. Born and raised in Baku, she has resided in London since 2005. She won the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with Eldar Gasimov with the song " Running Scared". Mariko Mori
is a Japanese multidisciplinary artist. She is known for her photographs and videos of her hybridized future self, often presented in various guises and featuring traditional Japanese motifs. Her work often explores themes of technology, spirituality and transcendence. In 2010, she founded the Faou Foundation, an art nonprofit based in New York City. Early life and education Mariko Mori was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1967. She comes from a wealthy family; her father is an inventor and technician, and her mother is a historian of European Art. While studying at Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo in the late 1980s, Mori worked as a fashion model. In 1989, she moved to London to study at the Byam Shaw School of Art and then the Chelsea College of Art and Design, from where she graduated in 1992.
