The Pinellas County Center for the Arts (PCCA) is a center in the visual and performing arts in the U.S. state of Florida. PCCA is located in Gibbs High School (St. Petersburg, Florida), Jonathan C Gibbs High School, and populates buildings 4, 5, and 8. History In 1979, John Blank, an administrator in the Pinellas County Schools, felt a need for an emphasis in the arts within the school system. A preliminary survey of the County's students, facilities, and communities was taken and Mr. Stan Lee Boss was sent to Dallas, Texas for an on-site visit of their visual and performing arts schools. The ninth season of ''American Idol'' premiered on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, and concluded on Wednesday, May 26, 2010, on Fox. Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and Kara DioGuardi returned to the judging panel. Ellen DeGeneres joined the panel as a replacement for Paula Abdul after guest judges filled in during the auditions. Idol Gives Back also returned for the season and was held on April 21, 2010, during the top seven results show. The top 24 semi-finals format used in the fourth through seventh seasons also returned this season. Versa (band)
Versa (stylized as VERSA) was an American rock duo formed in Port St. Lucie, Florida, in 2006, as VersaEmerge. The group consisted of Blake Harnage (guitar, vocals, and programming) and Sierra Kay (lead vocals). They had a revolving line-up, their most prolific being with bassist Devin Ingelido, who was a member from 2007 until 2011. Following self-releases, the band signed with record label Fueled by Ramen in late 2008 and released the '' VersaEmerge EP'' and their full-length debut ''Fixed at Zero'' (2010), which met with positive reviews from alternative critics. Sierra Kay Kusterbeck (born December 18, 1990), better known as Sierra Kay, is an American singer-songwriter and model. She rose to prominence as the lead vocalist of the rock band VersaEmerge.
