Pietro De Accolti De Aretio
Pietro Accolti (15 March 1455 – 11 December 1532), known as the "cardinal of Ancona", was an Italian Roman Catholic cardinal and judge of the Roman Rota. Life He was born in Florence on 15 March 1455, the son of the famous jurist Benedetto Accolti the Elder and his wife Laura Federighi. He studied law at Pisa. In 1481, due to the influence of his uncle, Francesco Accolti, master of law, Pietro was appointed a reader of canon law. He moved to Rome sometime after 1485, and was appointed an auditor of the Roman Rota, that is, a judge who hears cases. In 1500, he became Dean of the Rota. He was made Bishop of Ancona in 1505, but continued sitting with the Rota. At a consistory on 10 March 1511,Pope Julius II named him Cardinal-Priest with the title of Sant'Eusebio. That same year, he given the administration of the bishoprics of Cadiz and Maillezais. To these were added the dioceses of Arras in 1518, and Ancona in 1523. 1521–1522 Papal Conclave
The 1521–22 papal conclave elected Pope Adrian VI to succeed Pope Leo X. The conclave was marked by the early candidacies of cardinal-nephew Giulio de'Medici (future Pope Clement VII) and Alessandro Farnese (future Pope Paul III), although the Colonna and other cardinals blocked their election. Adrian, the viceroy to Spain and a clear pro-Imperial candidate, was elected as a compromise candidate despite his absence from the conclave. The number of cardinal-electors (thirty-nine) and the length of the ''sede vacante'' increased the cost of the conclave even in excess of the funds distributed by Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor, Francis I of France, and Henry VIII of England to promote their candidates. Cardinals are senior members of the clergy of the Catholic Church. Antoine Duprat
Antoine Duprat (17 January 1463 – 1535) was a French Cardinal and politician, who was chancellor of France. Life Duprat was born in Issoire in Auvergne. Educated for the law, he won a high position in his profession and in 1507 became first president of the Parlement of Paris (the highest court of France). In 1515 Francis I of France made him chancellor of France and prime minister. Count Giammaria Mazzuchelli (or Giovanni Maria Mazzucchelli) (28 November 1707 – 19 November 1765) was an Italian writer, bibliographer and historian. Biography Mazzuchelli was the son of Count Federico Mazzuchelli ( it., Brescia, 1671–1746) and Margaret Muzzi. Due to poor health during early childhood, he studied at first with a private tutor. He continued his studies in Bologna, where he studied under Francesco Saverio Quadrio, and later in Padua, where he studied under Domenico Lazzarini, where he graduated in 1728. In the same year, he married Barbara Chizzoli, an heiress whose dowry allowed him to devote himself to historical studies. Mazzucchelli's father bought the Moggi's sixteenth-century family house, located between Brescia and Lake Garda, in 1722, and added the central building and the west wing some time later.
