Peter "Sugarfoot" Cunningham (born March 25, 1963) is a retired Canadian 7-time World Champion Hall of Fame kickboxer, boxer, martial artist, actor and author. Rated by experts as one of the greatest full contact fighters of all time, Sugarfoot was a superb technician who possessed high fighting I.Q. and lightning speed. He retired from kickboxing in 1996 with a record of 50-1-1, having avenged the only draw of his career but only one defeated Peter, the undefeated Richard Sylla at the WKA World Title in Paris. Cunningham's skills in the ring have been praised by many martial arts legends, including Benny "The Jet" Urquidez, Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, Chuck Norris, Dan Inosanto, Rigan Machado, Don "The Dragon" Wilson and many others. Peter Cunningham (1816–1869) was a British writer born in London, son of the Scottish author Allan Cunningham and his wife Jean (née Walker, 1791–1866). Cunningham published several topographical and biographical studies, of which the most important are his ''Handbook of London'' (1849) and ''The Life of Drummond of Hawthornden'' (1833). He edited ''Extracts from the Accounts of the Revels at Court in the Reigns of Elizabeth and James I'' (1842) and Horace Walpole's Letters (1857). In 1851 he appeared in an amateur production of a play '' Not So Bad As We Seem'' by Edward Bulwer-Lytton along with Charles Dickens, Wilkie Collins, Mark Lemon, John Tenniel, Douglas Jerrold and others. Peter Cunningham is an American photographer who is best known for his concert and theatre photographs made in New York City in the 1970s and 1980s. Family and education Cunningham is the eldest son of the American cloud physicist Robert M. Cunningham and his Austrian-born wife Claire Steinhardt, a chemist and high school teacher. He graduated from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School in 1965 and studied anthropology at Wesleyan University before taking up photography in 1969. Cunningham acted as assistant to Henri Cartier-Bresson in 1975 when the French photographer spent several weeks touring and photographing in New Jersey. Reverend Peter Cunningham was probably born in 1747 and died in Chertsey on 24 June 1805. For most of his life he acted as a curate and published several poems of a political tendency. Life Accounts of Peter Cunningham's life have mostly been gleaned from the writings and correspondence of the Seward family, covering his period as curate at Eyam in 1775-90, and principally from four letters of his that have been preserved from that period. In addition, two accounts of him are given in 19th century works dealing with Eyam, Ebenezer Rhodes' ''Peak Scenery'' and William Wood's ''The History and Antiquities of Eyam''. The account of him given in a past edition of the ''Dictionary of National Biography'' is vague and conjectural. Cunningham (born July 1, 1962) is an American race car driver and owner of RealTime R&L, Inc., based in Saukville, Wisconsin and currently competing in the Pirelli World Challenge GT Championship. Peter Miller Cunningham (1789–1864) was a Scottish naval surgeon and pioneer in Australia. Life Peter Miller Cunningham was the fifth son of John Cunningham, land steward and farmer (1743–1800), and brother of Thomas Mounsey Cunningham (1776–1834) and of Allan Cunningham (1784–1842). He was born at Dalswinton, near Dumfries, in November 1789, and was named after that Peter Miller who is generally recognised as the first person who used steam in propelling boats. He received his medical education at the University of Edinburgh, and on 10 December 1810 entered the Royal Navy as an assistant surgeon, and in that capacity saw service on the shores of Spain, where the war was then raging.
