Pedro Rosamel Pinto Jara (born 20 March 1951) is a Chilean former football player who played as a left winger. Besides Chile, he played in Mexico. In 1974, he switched to Palestino thanks to the coach Caupolicán Peña. El Monte is a Chilean city and commune in Talagante Province, Santiago Metropolitan Region. As of 2007, it had a population of 29,568.
