Isiro
Isiro (pronounced ) is the capital of Haut-Uele Province in the northeastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It lies between the equatorial forest and the savannah and its main resource is coffee. Isiro's population is estimated at approximately 182,000. Most people speak, Pa-Zande (Zande language), Lingala, Swahili and which is somehow uncommon. History Isiro was named ''Paulis'' after colonel, later diplomat, Albert Paulis when it was part of the Belgian Congo. The city was developed in 1934 and reached its peak in 1957.

PăuliÈ™ ( hu, Ópálos) is a Communes of Romania, commune in Arad County, Romania, situated in the contact zone of the MureÈ™ Couloir with the Arad Plateau and Zărand Mountains. The administrative territory of the commune is 12,806 hectares. The commune centre is situated at 25 km from Arad, Romania, Arad. It is composed of four villages: BaraÈ›ca (''Pálosbaracka''), Cladova (''Kalodva''), PăuliÈ™ and Sâmbăteni (''Szabadhely''). Ilse Paulis (born 30 July 1993) is a Dutch representative rower. She is a world champion, a dual Olympian, an Olympic gold medallist and has set three world's best times, two of which are standing world records as of 2021. She is racing the lightweight women's double scull with Marieke Keijser at Tokyo 2021. Club and college career Paulis rowed collegiately for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
