Paul Scapicchio
Paul Scapicchio is president and CEO of the Novus Group's Government Affairs Division and a former member of the Boston City Council (1997 to 2006, representing East Boston and Chinatown). Career He was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gerald Gillerman of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Boston City Council
The Boston City Council is the legislative branch of government for the city of Boston, Massachusetts. It is made up of 13 members: 9 district representatives and 4 at-large members. Councillors are elected to two-year terms and there is no limit on the number of terms an individual can serve. East Boston
East Boston, nicknamed Eastie, is a neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts annexed by the city of Boston in 1637. Neighboring communities include Winthrop, Revere, and Chelsea. The points of the compass are a set of horizontal, radially arrayed compass directions (or azimuths) used in navigation and cartography.
