Javier Lachica Patiño (; born February 14, 1988) is a former professional footballer who played as a striker. He represented the Philippines national team from 2013 to 2019. Simón Iturri Patiño (1 June 1862 – 20 April 1947) was a Bolivian industrialist who was among the world's wealthiest people at the time of his death. With a fortune built from ownership of a majority of the tin industry in Bolivia, Patiño was nicknamed "The Andean Rockefeller". During World War II, Patiño was believed to be one of the five wealthiest men in the world. Biography Patiño's biographers are not in agreement on the details of his early life. Don José Patiño y Rosales (11 April 1666 – 3 November 1736) was a Spanish statesman who served as acting First Secretary of State of Spain from 1734 to 1736. Elisa Patiño Meléndez (1890 – 12 April 1919) was the first women of Galician descent to become a pilot. She was well known by her nickname Chichana or Chichana Patiño. Victor Julio Patiño Fomeque (born January 31, 1959) is a Colombian narcotrafficker member of the Cali Cartel and Norte del Valle Cartel, currently active again in the narcotics trade after serving six years in prison in the United States. Luis Fernando Patiño Arzuza (born October 26, 1999) is a Colombian professional baseball pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB). Jaime Ortiz-Patiño (20 June 1930 – 3 January 2013) was an art collector, golf course owner and former President of the World Bridge Federation. Ortiz-Patiño was born on 20 June 1930 in Paris.
