''Patchwork'' is the eleventh studio album by English singer-songwriter Passenger. It was released on 10 July 2020 by Black Crow Records. All profits from the album go to The Trussell Trust, a registered NGO and charity that works to end the need for food banks in the United Kingdom. Background Passenger wrote and recorded the album during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown, alongside producer Chris Vallejo and guest musicians Andrew Phillips (formerly of the band Passenger alongside Rosenberg) and Richard Brinklow. The album consists of eight tracks, including a cover of the 2018 Lewis Capaldi single "Someone You Loved". The album was released only digitally, on various streaming and digital download services. All revenues from the album will be donated to The Trussell Trust's food banks campaign. Michael David Rosenberg (born 17 May 1984), better known by his stage name Passenger, is an English singer-songwriter and musician. Previously the main vocalist and songwriter of Passenger, Rosenberg opted to keep the band's name for his solo work after the band dissolved in 2009. In 2012, he released the song " Let Her Go", which topped the charts in 16 countries and accumulated more than 3.3 billion views on YouTube; it is the most-viewed Australian YouTube video of all time. Recording started in 2019 and the album released on 8 January 2021 by Black Crow Records. All profits from the album go to Ecologi and Eden Reforestation Project, a nonprofit organization that works in developing countries to rebuild natural landscapes destroyed by deforestation.
