Valeria Fabrizi (born 20 October 1936) is an Italian actress, singer and television personality. Life and career Born in Verona, in 1936 Fabrizi made her acting debut in the revue ''Campione senza valore''. The same year, she had her first leading role in the comedy play ''Carlo non farlo''. In 1957 she entered the Miss Universe competition and appeared in the comedy play ''L'adorabile Giulio''. After having been the soubrette of the 1959 musical ''Una storia in blue jeans'' she became the prima donna of the Erminio Macario's stage company. In 1964 Fabrizi married Tata Giacobetti, member of the group Quartetto Cetra, and started appearing in their television works. Paola Borboni (1 January 1900 – 9 April 1995) was an Italian stage and film actress whose career spanned nine decades of cinema. Early life Borboni was born on 1 January 1900 in Parma, Italy. Career Borboni made her stage debut in 1916, beginning to take minor film roles soon afterwards. She entered film in 1916 in the silent picture ''Jacobo Ortis'' directed by Giuseppe Sterni, and made over 80 film appearances between then and 1990. Miranda Martino (born 29 October 1933) is an Italian singer and actress. Life and career Born in Moggio Udinese from Neapolitan parents, Martino started her career as singer in 1956. In 1957, she debuted at the Festival di Napoli and in 1959 she made her first appearance at the Sanremo Music Festival, with the song "La vita mi ha dato solo te". In the same year she obtained her first commercial success with the song "Stasera tornerò", which ranked 11 in the Italian Hit Parade. Biography Born Ugo Mattone in Battipaglia, near Salerno, he debuted as screenwriter for director Carlo Lizzani (''Achtung! Banditi!'', 1951, and '' Il gobbo'', 1960). His screenplays of the 1970s include films ''Indagine su un cittadino al di sopra di ogni sospetto'' and '' Il giardino dei Finzi-Contini'', which both won Academy Awards as Best Foreign Film.
