PLM Board Of Regents
The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (from 'University of the City of Manila', abbreviated as PLM) is a city-government-funded local university situated inside the historic walled area of Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. It was established on June 19, 1965, and opened on July 17, 1967, to 556 scholars, all coming from the top ten percent of graduates of Manila's public high schools.City of Manila Official Website

Adel Fadel Abbas Tamano is a Filipino educator, lawyer and former politician. He is currently serving as the Vice President for Public Affairs and Communications of Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines, and the Vice President for Corporate Affairs of Udenna Corporation. Tamano also served as a spokesperson for United Opposition during the 2007 Philippine general election and was part of its senatorial lineup in the 2010 national elections. Ramon Villarosa Mitra Jr. (February 4, 1928 – March 20, 2000) was a Filipino statesman, diplomat, and pro-democracy activist. He served as Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines from 1987 to 1992. Prior to that, he was Corazon Aquino's first minister of Agriculture from 1986 to 1987, a member of the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986 and a senator during the 7th Congress. Camilo Olaviano Osías, Sr. (born Camilo Osías y Olaviano; March 23, 1889 – May 20, 1976) was a Filipino politician, twice for a short time President of the Senate of the Philippines.
