P. Krishna Prasad
P. Krishna Prasad is the finance secretary of All India Kisan Sabha (36 Canning Lane) and the former CPI(M) MLA from Sulthan Bathery. He is also the chairman of Brahmagiri Development Society, a worker – peasant cooperative in Kerala. Life P. Krishna Prasad was born on 25 May 1967 to Kuttikrishnan Nair and Devakiamma in Sulthan Bathery. He did his bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College, Devagiri. His wife A R Sindu is a prominent political activist. She is the General Secretary of the All India Federation of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers. Ramlila Maidan also Ramlila Ground is a large ground located in New Delhi, India, traditionally used for staging the annual Ramlila. It is used for religious festivals, major political rallies and meetings, and entertainment events. It is located near New Delhi Railway Station and Delhi Gate. Democratic Indira Congress (Karunakaran) (DIC(K)) was a political party in Kerala, India. DIC(K) was founded at a meeting in Thrissur by the K. Karunakuran faction of the Indian National Congress on 1 May 2005. Initially it was called National Congress ( Indira), but the name was changed DIC(K) for registration purposes in August of the same year. Karunakuran's son K. Muraleedharan was the party president. The party allied with the Left Democratic Front in the local elections and made success. But the party was not considered for a tie up during the state assembly elections that followed. Sultan Bathery is a town and municipality in Wayanad district of Kerala, India, near the borders with Tamil Nadu and Karnataka states. The largest town in Wayanad district, it is the headquarters of Sultan Bathery taluk. The place came to be known by the name Sultan Bathery after the Mysore ruler Tipu Sultan invaded the region and used the Jain Temple located here as a battery. Location Sulthan Bathery lies on the Kozhikode–Kollegal National Highway (NH 766) 97 km from Kozhikode. It is 114 kilometers from Mysore and about 100 kilometers from Ooty (Udagamandalam).
