A hypocorism ( or ; from Ancient Greek: (), from (), 'to call by pet names', sometimes also ''hypocoristic'') or pet name is a name used to show affection for a person. It may be a diminutive form of a person's name, such as ''Izzy'' for Isabel or ''Bob (given name), Bob'' for Robert, or it may be unrelated. ''Monkey Island'' is a series of adventure games. The first four games in the series were produced and published by LucasArts, earlier known as Lucasfilm Games. Osvaldo "Ozzie" Altobello is a fictional character and the primary antagonist of the 1990 film ''The Godfather Part III''. In the film, he is portrayed by Eli Wallach. Ozhaino Jurdy Jiandro "Ozzie" Albies (born January 7, 1997) is a Curaçaoan professional baseball second baseman for the Atlanta Braves of Major League Baseball (MLB). Albies signed with the Braves organization in 2013, and made his MLB debut with the team in 2017. During his first full season, Albies was named to the 2018 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Osborne Llewellyn Timmons (born September 18, 1970), is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB) outfielder and current coach with the Milwaukee Brewers. He played in MLB for four teams from through , and for the Chunichi Dragons of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB), in .
