Owners (film)
Owners ( cs, Vlastníci) is a 2019 Czech comedy film directed by Jiří Havelka, which he made according to his own screenplay. The story is based on the play The Society of Owners (Condominium), which Havelka also wrote and directed, and was presented by the theater company Vosto5. The performance won the Divadelní noviny award in the category of alternative theater. Plot Owners of flats in an apartment building meet at a regular house meeting to resolve the necessary sale of attic space to deal with the emergency state of the house. But the seemingly simple vote is complicated by the fact that everyone has their own ideas and agenda. Finále Plzeň is a film festival based in the Czech Republic. It focuses on Czech feature and documentary films. The best film is awarded the Golden Kingfisher by a jury. It was founded in 1967 and the first year was held in 1968. The festival was held in 1970 but the Golden Kingfisher wasn't awarded. The festival wasn't held again until 1990, when 12 films were awarded the Kingfisher to represent Czech and Slovak cinematography from the 1969-1990 period. Ladislav Trojan
Ladislav Trojan (1 August 1932 – 18 December 2022) was a Czech actor. Life and career Born in Prague, Trojan began his career as a child actor in amateur theatre. He studied drama at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, and while still a student he made his film debut in Fráňa Šrámek's '' Silvery Wind'' (1954). Between 1959 and 1960 he starred in the first Czechoslovak television series, ''Rodina Bláhova''. Between 1958 and 1965 he was part of the Zdeněk Nejedlý Realistic Theatre stage company, then he joined the company, with whom he stayed until 1996. He took part in several Summer Shakespeare Festivals and frequently toured nationally and abroad. His filmography includes over one hundred credits between cinema and television. Kryštof Hádek
Kryštof Hádek (born 10 March 1982 in Prague) is a Czech actor. He studied at the People's School of Art and at the Prague Conservatory, from which he was expelled in the fourth year for a high amount of absences, which originated when Hádek began to actively pursue acting while still studying. Between 2003 and 2004 he studied a year and a half at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Hádek's first major role was in the 2001 film ''Dark Blue World'' by Jan Svěrák, 2001, in which he played Sergeant Karel Vojtíšek. For his rendering of the young airman, Hádek was nominated in 2001 for the Czech Lion (the highest film award in the Czech Republic) for the Best Male Actor in a Supporting Role.
