Owain Fôn Williams
Owain Fôn Williams (; born 17 March 1987) is a Welsh professional football coach and former professional footballer who is currently the goalkeeping coach for EFL League One side Fleetwood Town. Williams played as a goalkeeper making 271 appearances in the English Football League, including 161 for Tranmere Rovers, also representing Crewe Alexandra, Stockport County, Bury, and Rochdale. He has since played for Scottish clubs Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Hamilton Academical and Dunfermline Athletic, and in the United States for Indy Eleven. Formerly a Welsh youth international, he was first called up to the senior Wales team in 2009, finally making his debut in 2015. Association Football
Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of 11 players who primarily use their feet to propel the ball around a rectangular field called a pitch. Huddersfield Town A
Huddersfield is a market town in the Kirklees district in West Yorkshire, England. It is the administrative centre and largest settlement in the Kirklees district. The town is in the foothills of the Pennines. The River Holme's confluence into the similar-sized Colne to the south of the town centre which then flows into the Calder in the north eastern outskirts of the town. The English Football League Championship (often referred to as the Championship for short or the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship purposes) is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system, after the Premier League. He started his career at Manchester United, where he made pre-season appearances and was an unused substitute for a number of games. Wil Jones (artist)
Wil Jones (born William Richard Jones; 1960–2020) was a Welsh portrait artist, guitarist, and teacher. His portrait work has been exhibited around the United Kingdom, notably portraits of Eric Sykes and Norman Wisdom, and a collection of Welsh literary portraits on display at the National Library of Wales. Career Having graduated in graphic design from Liverpool Polytechnic and undergone teacher training, Jones became the head of art at Ysgol Dyffryn Nantlle secondary school in 1984 and later became head of art at Ysgol Friars where he was a pupil himself. Ysgol Dyffryn Nantlle is a bilingual secondary school for pupils aged between 11 and 18 years. It is situated in Pen-y-groes in Gwynedd, north Wales. The school serves the village of Pen-y-groes and the surrounding rural area.
