Ovidio Guzmán López
Ovidio Guzmán López (born 29 March 1990), commonly known as "El Ratón" or "El Nuevo Ratón" ("The Mouse" or "The New Mouse"), is a Mexican drug lord and high-ranking member of the Sinaloa Cartel, a criminal group based in Sinaloa. He is the son of infamous drug lord Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán, once considered Mexico's most-wanted drug lord and the world's most-wanted criminal. Career Guzmán López was born 29 March 1990 and is a son of Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán with his second wife. He has been involved in his father's drug trafficking business since he was a teenager, and has taken a prominent role of the Sinaloa Cartel after his father's arrest. The Battle of Culiacán was a failed operation by the Mexican National Guard to capture Ovidio Guzmán López (son of Sinaloa Cartel kingpin Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán), who is wanted in the United States for drug trafficking. Culiacán, officially Culiacán Rosales, is a city in northwestern Mexico, the capital and largest city of both the Culiacán Municipality and the state of Sinaloa.
