Ove Ansteinsson
Ove Arthur Ansteinsson (March 23, 1882 – October 15, 1942) was a Norwegian journalist and author. Ansteinsson was born in Risør, Norway. He made his first impact as a writer with his book ''Hedemarksfolk'' (Hedemark People, 1909), although his first short stories had already been published in the newspaper '' Oplandenes Avis'' in 1901. For a while, he was the editor of the newspaper ''Akershus''. His other works include ''Ener Tuve'' (1910), ''Broder Nikolai og to andre'' (Brother Nikolai and Two Others, 1911), ''Svartskogen'' (The Black Forest, 1913), ''Smaahistorier'' (Little Stories, 1914), and ''Plankegjærdet'' (The Plank Fence, 1921). Risør (town)
Risør is a Seaside resort, a List of towns and cities in Norway, town and the administrative centre of Risør municipality in Agder county, Norway. The town is located along the Skaggerak coast on a peninsula between the entrances to the Søndeledfjorden (to the north) and the Sandnesfjorden (to the south). The town is one of the oldest towns in Southern Norway. It was declared a ladested in 1630 and upgraded to a kjøpstad in 1723. ''Oplandenes Avis'' was a Norwegian newspaper, published in Hamar in Hedmark county. It started on 3 July 1872 by Olaus Arvesen, who had been dismissed as editor of the conservative newspaper ''Hamar Stiftstidende''. He remained editor until 1906, and supported the Liberal Party. Life Breistein was born in Åsane in the city of Bergen in Hordaland county, Norway. He was a farmer's son and learned to play fiddle in his youth, playing for dances at weddings in Western Norway. Later in life, in addition to directing films, he also performed on the Hardanger fiddle. When the Norwegian Theater opened in 1913, he started acting at the theater. He became engaged with the new medium of film after seeing Peter Lykke-Seest's productions, and he decided to produce films in a completely different way.
