Thomas Ong Thian Chai (, born 1 February 1969) is a Singaporean actor, television host and businessman who films on an ad-hoc basis. An irregular employee of MediaCorp, he has joined and left the company several times to concentrate on other projects. More recently, he returned to MediaCorp for the fourth time and signed a three-year contract in early 2012. Cavin Soh
Cavin Soh (, born 17 November 1970) (苏智诚/苏志诚 Su Zhi Cheng previous name) is a Singaporean actor, host, watch dealer and singer. Career Soh used to be a lead singer in the band Dreamz FM (梦飞船) and a radio deejay on MediaCorp's Chinese language station Y.E.S. 93.3FM before switching to television and acting. In 2005, he won the Best Supporting Actor award for his portrayal of Zhou Daqiu, the antagonist, in ''Portrait of Home''. The character was also voted the Top 10 Most Memorable Villains at the Star Awards 2007 anniversary special. Besides acting in dramas, Soh still juggles his musical interests with television commitments. Aileen Tan (born 18 October 1966) is a Singaporean actress. Life and career She was educated at the now defunct Willow Secondary School. Channel 8 ( zh, 8頻道) is a Singaporean free-to-air television channel, airing in Mandarin Chinese. It was created by Television Singapura on 31 August 1963 with experimental broadcasts, before going official on 23 November that year. The channel's logo is a yellow number 8 on top of a red disc. History Channel 8 began its test transmissions on Saturday, 31 August 1963, Malaysia's national day. Chen Guohua, born Tan Kok Hwa, is a Singaporean actor and contracted artiste under MediaCorp. Career Chen graduated from the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation 5th Year Artiste Training Class.
