Oswego High School (New York)
Oswego High School is a public coeducational four-year high school in Oswego, NY. It is the only public school serving grades 9-12 in the Oswego City School District. The principal is Ryan Lanigan. Assistant principals are Tara Clark and Kirk Mulverhill. The dean of students is Penny Morley. Extracurricular activities Athletics Oswego High School teams compete in Section III of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association. Athletic facilities at the school include two gymnasiums, a swimming pool, a weight room, two softball fields, a baseball field, a track, and two multipurpose fields used for football, lacrosse, and soccer. Many events are held at Field, which hosts the track as well as a large athletic field. Oswego Junior Senior High School (Kansas)
Oswego Junior Senior High School is a public co-educational school in Oswego, Kansas serving students in grades Seventh grade, 7-Twelfth grade, 12. The school is part of the Oswego USD 504 school district. History The former Oswego High School moved to this site in 1994 from an historic 1921 building near uptown Oswego, Kansas, Oswego. Following the high school's move, the former Oswego Junior High School moved from the former Westside School attendance center into the high school's former building and became Oswego Middle School, serving grades Sixth grade, 6-Eighth grade, 8. In 2015, Oswego USD 504 completed a large expansion at the Tomahawk Trail campus, and combined the two attendance centers, creating Oswego Junior Senior High School. Sixth grade students returned to the Neosho Heights Elementary School attendance center. Oswego East High School
Oswego East High School, or OEHS, is a public four-year high school located in Oswego, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of Oswego Community Unit School District 308, which also includes Oswego High School. The high school was established in 2004 due to the growing population in Oswego, Illinois. From 2012 to 2013, Oswego East underwent expansions and renovations to prepare for an additional growth in student population. The additions were completed in August 2013, increasing the previous capacity of 2,400 students to 3,200 students. Athletics Oswego East High School is a part of the Southwest Prairie Conference and the Illinois High School Association. OEHS has a rivalry with Oswego High School. The matchup between the two schools is known as the "Crosstown Classic". Oswego High School, or OHS, is a public four-year high school located in Oswego, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of Oswego Community Unit School District 308, which also includes Oswego East High School. History In 1852, The Old Stone School opened as Oswego's first permanent school building, at the corner of Tyler and Monroe Streets. The Old Stone School served all grade levels, ultimately operating as Oswego's first dedicated elementary, middle, and high school. In 1885, The Old Stone School was gutted by fire, and classes were moved to the former Kendall County Courthouse (Which operated as the county courthouse from 1848-1864), where some high school classes had been taking place since 1867. Between 1885 and 1886, the former courthouse was demolished to make way for a new school building. In the fall of 1886, a new building opened as The Red Brick School, which also served all grades.
