The film received critical acclaim, particularly for the acting of Sujata and the songs performed by Sabina Yasmin, her "Osru Diye Lekha"s . Abdur Razzak (23 January 1942 – 21 August 2017) (known as Razzak) was a Bangladeshi actor and film director. He was dubbed Nayak Raj Razzak (King of Heroes), a term introduced by Ahmed Zaman Chowdhury, editor of the magazine ''Chitrali''. Razzak won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor five times for his roles in the films '' Ki Je Kori'' (1976), ''Ashikkhito'' (1978), ''Boro Bhalo Lok Chhilo'' (1982), ''Chandranath'' (1984) and ''Jogajog'' (1988). He was awarded the Independence Day Award in 2015 by the Government of Bangladesh. He acted in more than 300 Bengali and Urdu films and also directed 16 films. Subal Das (26 December 192816 August 2005) was a Bangladeshi music director and composer. He was the music director of the first film developed in Film Development Corporation (FDC), ''Akash aar Mati''. He directed music of 86 films. Sabina Yasmin (born 4 September 1953) is a Bangladeshi singer. She is best known as a playback singer in Bengali cinema. She has won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer a record 14 times. She has recorded more than 1,500 songs for films and over 10,000 songs in total. Mohammad Moniruzzaman (15 August 1936 – 3 September 2008) was a Bangladeshi writer, poet, professor, freedom fighter and lyricist.
