Oscar Wambrauw
Oscar Oswald Oktovianus Wambrauw (born 8 October 1968) is an Indonesian academician who is serving as the Rector of the Cenderawasih University since 21 November 2022. Life and career Wambrauw was born on 8 October 1968 in Biak. After graduating from high school, he continued his study at the Faculty of Economics of the Cenderawasih University. He graduated from the university with a bachelor's degree in economics in 1994. From there, he went abroad and studied agriculture at the University of Göttingen and obtained a master's degree in agriculture in 1999. Wambrauw joined the Cenderawasih University shortly after his graduation from the University of Gottingen, where he taught management sciences. Cenderawasih University
Cenderawasih University ( id, Universitas Cenderawasih) is a university in Jayapura, Papua province, Indonesia. The university is the leading educational institution in the province. The university has faculties in economics, law, teacher training and education, medical, engineering, and social and political science. Until 2002 the university had a faculty of agricultural sciences at Manokwari, which was then separated to form the Universitas Negeri Papua. The university is divided into two areas: mainly the "Kampus lama" (old campus) which is in the Jayapura suburb of Abepura and the "Kampus baru" (new campus) which is in the hillside of Waena valley. Apolo Safanpo (born 24 April 1975) is an Indonesian academician and bureaucrat who is serving as the Governor of South Papua in an acting capacity since 11 November 2022. He also held office in the Ministry of Home Affairs as the minister's expert staff for governance since 9 November 2022. Before working in the bureaucracy, Apolo was an academician in the Cenderawasih University, with his highest office being the university's rector from 2017 until 2022.
