Oringen
The O-Ringen (previously called the “Swedish 5 days”) is an Foot orienteering, orienteering competition that takes place annually in different areas of Sweden. Orienteers from all over the world come to the competition. For orienteers around the world a trip to the O'ringen 5-days is their Mecca. This race attracts significant media coverage in Sweden and winning O-Ringen is often considered second only to the World Orienteering Championships, World Championships in prestige. The competition takes place in July, and takes place over 5 days, where every active day is a competition stage. Competitors are assigned start times for the first four stages of the race, but on the fifth and final stage a "chasing start" is used. In a chasing start the overall leader in each class starts first and the remaining Competition, competitors start according to the total time they trail. Skillingaryd is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality in Vaggeryd Municipality, Jönköping County, Sweden, with over 13,200 inhabitants in 2013. Together with Vaggeryd, the seat of Vaggeryd Municipality. Malmköping is a locality situated in Flen Municipality, Södermanland County, Sweden with 1,977 inhabitants in 2010. Malmköping is located about 15 kilometers north of the municipal seat Flen. Åge Hadler (born 14 August 1944) is a Norwegian orienteering competitor, winner of the 1966 and 1972 individual World Orienteering Championships, relay champion from 1970, and individual bronze medalist from 1968. Early life and career Hadler was born in Bergen as the son of Aage Hadler and Ruth Karin Rosendahl. He married fellow orienteer Ingrid Thoresen in 1968. His first sports club was Bergens Turnforening. He studied at the University of Oslo, and graduated as cand.real. degree in 1970. Sports career Hadler had his breakthrough in competitive orienteering in 1966. He participated at the very first World Orienteering Championships, which were held in Fiskars, Finland, 2 and 3 October. Here he won the first individual World Champion title in men's Orienteering. Motala
Motala () is a locality and the seat of Motala Municipality, Östergötland County, Sweden with 29,823 inhabitants (41,956 in the entire municipality) in 2010.
