Order Of The Crown Of Pahang
The Esteemed Order of the Crown of Pahang (Malay: '' Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Pahang Yang Amat Mulia'') is a knighthood order of the Sultanate of Pahang. History The order was founded by Sultan Abu Bakar on 27 December 1968. It is awarded to individuals who have rendered meritorious service to the State. Tun Datuk Seri Utama Mohd Khalil bin Yaakob ( Jawi: محمد خليل بن يعقوب; born 29 December 1937) is a Malaysian politician who served as the 6th Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Malacca from June 2004 to June 2020, 12th Menteri Besar of Pahang from August 1986 to May 1999, Minister of Information in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad from December 1999 to March 2004 and Member of Parliament (MP) for Kuantan from November 1999 to March 2004. Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid
Tun Ahmad Sarji bin Abdul Hamid (16 September 1938 – 28 August 2021) was a Malaysian civil servant who served as the 9th Chief Secretary to the Government from 1990 to 1996. Background and education Ahmad Sarji bin Abdul Hamid was born in Tapah, Perak on 16 September 1938. He was educated at the University of Malaya, the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague and Harvard University. Personal life He married Sagiyah Salikin in December 1962. They had five children. Tan Sri Lim Ah Lek () is Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) politician in Malaysia and was the Member of Parliament for Bentong constituency in Pahang and MCA deputy president. Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad appointed him as the Minister of Human Resources Malaysia. Elyas bin Omar (16 November 1936 – 15 May 2018) was the third Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as well the longest serving as Mayor in Kuala Lumpur history. He served for a period of 10 years.
