Oral Mathram
''Oral Mathram'' is a 1997 Malayalam film directed by Sathyan Anthikkad. The film stars Mammootty, Shruti, Sreenivasan, Sudheesh and Lalu Alex. Plot Shekhara Menon is a retired income tax officer from Mumbai and has now settled in a remote village in Kerala. He owns some land and a house where he, his three daughters, and Menon's elderly father live together and leads a calm, silent and happy life. Menon owns a smaller house adjacent to his own which is given for rent, and is his source of income other than agricultural income. Sathyan Anthikkad
Sathyan Anthikad is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and lyricist who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. In a career spanning five decades he has directed more than 50 films, been the lyricist for 12 films and been the scriptwriter for 6 films. He is the recipient of several accolades including a National Film Award, five Kerala State Film Awards and three Filmfare Awards. Padma Shri Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri, popularly known as Kaithapram, is a Malayalam lyricist, poet, music director, actor, singer, screenwriter, music therapist and performer of Carnatic music. Chandrashekaran Menon, better known by his screen name Sankaradi (14 July 1924 – 8 October 2001), was an Indian actor. He was a veteran Malayalam comedian and character artist, who had over 700 Malayalam films to his credit.
