Oppera is an American pop duo consisting of singer Martika and her musician husband Michael Mozart. They began recording together in 2003 and released their first album, ''Violince'', in 2004. A co-headlining tour in support of the album occurred that year with singer Pat Benatar and her husband Neil Giraldo. In 2005, they released a second album titled ''Oppera'' and toured Borders Books Borders Group, Inc. Marta Marrero (born May 18, 1969), better known by her stage name Martika ( ), is an American pop singer and actress. She released two internationally successful albums in the late 1980s and early 1990s, which sold over four million copies worldwide. Her biggest hit was " Toy Soldiers", which peaked at #1 for two weeks on the American chart in mid-1989. She is also known for her role as Gloria on ''Kids Incorporated''. Nikki (or Nikki Lee) is a Japanese-American musician, born in Okinawa, Japan and raised in Dayton, Ohio, United States. Signed to Geffen Records, he released one album, ''Nikki'', in 1989. Three singles were released from the album: "Ooti Ooti" and "Notice Me" in 1990, and "If You Wanna" in 1991. Pop Rock

Neil Thomas Giraldo (born December 29, 1955) is an American musician, record producer, arranger, and songwriter best known as the musical partner of Pat Benatar since 1979and spouse since 1982. He has also performed, written and produced for artists including Rick Derringer, John Waite, Rick Springfield, Kenny Loggins, Steve Forbert, The Del-Lords, Scott Kempner, and Beth Hart. Giraldo's diverse work has sold over 45 million records and his contributions have produced five Grammy Awards and an additional four Grammy nominations. Borders Group, Inc. (former NYSE ticker symbol BGP) was an American multinational book and music retailer based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States.
