Opaque (rapper)
Morten Aasdahl Eliassen (born 25 September 1976), also known as stage name Opaque or the alias Mae, is a Norwegian rapper from Furuset in Oslo. He is signed to Tommy Tee's record label Tee Productions, and released the album Gourmet Garbage in 2001. In 2011 he appeared under the alias Mae (Morten Aasdahl Eliassen) on Jesse Jones debut album ''12 blokker, 1 vei inn''. History Opaque was in the group Valuable Scamps which he established with Small MC, Kenny Bong and DJ Daniel Gude. After a few years the group disbanded, and he instead became associated with Tommy Tee's then newly established label Tee Productions. From 1997 to 2000, Opaque was a guest artist on releases from Warlocks, Tommy Tee, Helen Eriksen, N-Light-N (Now known as Son Of Light) and diaz. Kenny is a surname, a given name, and a diminutive of several different given names. Spellemannprisen, often referred to as the Norwegian Grammy Awards in English, is a Norwegian music award presented to Norwegian musicians. The award was established by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), an organization that represents the interests of the recording industry worldwide. Kenyatta Blake (born November 19, 1974), known professionally as Buckshot, is an American rapper from New York, best known as a frontman of hip hop groups Black Moon and Boot Camp Clik. He is a founder of Duck Down Music record label with Drew "Dru-Ha" Friedman. He has released one solo studio album – three with producer 9th Wonder, one with KRS-One, four albums with Black Moon and four albums with the Boot Camp Clik. Lawrence "Kris" Parker (born August 20, 1965), better known by his stage names KRS-One (; an abbreviation of "Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Everyone") and Teacha, is an American rapper from New York City. He rose to prominence as part of the hip hop group Boogie Down Productions, which he formed with DJ Scott La Rock in the mid-1980s. KRS-One is known for his songs, "Sound of da Police", "Love's Gonna Get'cha (Material Love)", and "My Philosophy". Ken Ring (born January 29, 1979) is a Swedish rap artist. Career He was born in Hässelby, a suburb west of Stockholm, Sweden. Ken wrote the song "Mamma" about his mother becoming ill and dying of cancer when he was 13 years old; it was his breakthrough song, released in 1999. He released his first studio album later that year, entitled ''Vägen tillbaka'', with the hit single "Eld och djupa vatten". After a show on "Vattenfestivalen" in Stockholm later in 1999, Ken Ring got arrested for performing the song called "Spräng regeringen" in which he rapped about rushing the Royal Palace in Stockholm and raping Princess Madeleine. Sean Duval Price (March 17, 1972August 8, 2015) was an American rapper and member of the hip hop collective Boot Camp Clik. He was one half of the duo Heltah Skeltah, performing under the name Ruck, along with partner Rock.
