''Only a Woman'' (Swedish: ''Bara en kvinna'') is a 1941 Swedish comedy film directed by Anders Henrikson and starring Karin Ekelund, Arnold Sjöstrand and Karin Kavli.Qvist & Von Bagh p.61 It was shot at the Centrumateljéerna Studios in Stockholm. The film's sets were designed by the art director Bertil Duroj. Synopsis A an absent-minded lawyer forgets that it is his wedding anniversary and doesn't come home to the special dinner his wife has prepared. Her friend Maud persuades her to attend a masquerade party in the company of an art professor. When she loses money at cards he agrees to let her off so long as she poses for a portrait.
