Onesimus Sahuleka
Onesimus Sahuleka (born 1961) is an Indonesian academic who served as the Rector of Cenderawasih University from 2015 until 2017. Education and career Sahuleka was born in 1961. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 1983. He then continued his studies at the Faculty of Law of the Airlangga University and obtained a master's degree in law in 1994, and at the Faculty of Law of the Padjadjaran University and obtained a doctorate in law in 2008. Cenderawasih University
Cenderawasih University ( id, Universitas Cenderawasih) is a university in Jayapura, Papua province, Indonesia. The university is the leading educational institution in the province. The university has faculties in economics, law, teacher training and education, medical, engineering, and social and political science. Until 2002 the university had a faculty of agricultural sciences at Manokwari, which was then separated to form the Universitas Negeri Papua. The university is divided into two areas: mainly the "Kampus lama" (old campus) which is in the Jayapura suburb of Abepura and the "Kampus baru" (new campus) which is in the hillside of Waena valley. Karel Sesa
Karel Sesa (5 April 1954 – 3 March 2015) is an Indonesian academic who served as the Rector of Cenderawasih University from 2013 until his death in 2015. Education and career Sesa was born on 5 April 1954 in Teminabuan, a small town in Dutch New Guinea. After graduating from high school, he continued his study at the University of Brawijaya in Malang and graduated in 1984 with a doctorandus. He then pursued further studies at the University of Indonesia in 1990 and graduated from the university in 1993 with a master's degree in trade administration. Several years later, Sesa attended the Hasanuddin University in Makassar and obtained a doctorate from the university in 2004. Apolo Safanpo (born 24 April 1975) is an Indonesian academician and bureaucrat who is serving as the Governor of South Papua in an acting capacity since 11 November 2022. Doctorandus (drs., ; ) is a Dutch academic title according to the pre-Bachelor–Master system. The female form is doctoranda (dra., though this abbreviation is no longer used). The title is acquired by passing the ''doctoraalexamen'', the exam which usually concludes university study. Some students will continue to do research under the supervision of a professor, which eventually allows them to obtain the title of doctor. In Dutch, the words ''doctoraal'' and ''doctoraat'' have different meanings, the first referring to the doctorandus, the second word referring to the doctorate phase or title.
