Omar Fraile
Omar Fraile Matarranza (born 17 July 1990) is a Spanish racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . He is a winner of stages in the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia, and has twice won the Mountains classification in the Vuelta a España. Career Caja Rural (2013–2015) He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships. On 26 April 2015, Fraile won the Giro dell'Appennino from a small group of riders, outsprinting Stefano Pirazzi and Damiano Cunego. The victory at Giro dell'Appennino was Omar's first professional victory. Later that year, Fraile won Stage 4 at the 4 Jours de Dunkerque. He rode in the 2015 Vuelta a España where he won the mountains classification, by making well-timed breakaways in order to gain points for the classification. David de la Cruz Melgarejo (born 6 May 1989) is a Spanish cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career De la Cruz was born in Sabadell. On 28 August 2016, de la Cruz scored the biggest win of his career to that point, when he won stage 9 of the Vuelta a España from a breakaway and took over the general and combination classification jerseys. He went on to finish the race in seventh place overall. For these accomplishments he was voted as the best sportsperson of his hometown, Sabadell, in 2016. The 2018 Paris–Nice was a road cycling stage race that took place between 4 and 11 March 2018 in France. It was the 76th edition of the Paris–Nice and the sixth event of the 2018 UCI World Tour. The race was won on the final day by the 's Marc Soler from Spain. The Tour de Yorkshire is a road cycling race in the historic county of Yorkshire, England which first took place in May 2015. It is promoted by the Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO) and is rated as a 2.HC event as part of the UCI Europe Tour. The idea for the race arose as a legacy event following the success of the visit of the 2014 Tour de France to the county. The first two stages of the 2014 Tour, also organised by ASO, from Leeds to Harrogate, and York to Sheffield, were nicknamed ''Le Tour de Yorkshire''. From 2015 to 2017 it was a three-day race but in 2018 it expanded to four days. The race took place in the days before the May Day bank holiday which, in Britain, is on the first Monday in May. Damiano Cunego (born 19 September 1981) is an Italian former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2002 and 2018 for the , and teams. Cunego's biggest wins were the 2004 Giro d'Italia, the 2008 Amstel Gold Race, and the Giro di Lombardia in 2004, 2007 and 2008. He finished second in the UCI Road World Championships in 2008 and in the 2008 UCI ProTour.
