Omar Arellano Nuño
Omar Arellano Nuño (born 29 May 1967) is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as a midfielder and current manager. He played for Tigres UANL during the 1995-96 season. As of April 2009 he was the manager at Chivas Guadalajara, and he managed Necaxa Impulsora del Deportivo Necaxa S.A. de C.V. (); often simply known as Necaxa, is a Mexican professional football club in Liga MX based in the city of Aguascalientes. It plays in the Estadio Victoria. Tampico
Tampico is a city and port in the southeastern part of the state of Tamaulipas, Mexico. It is located on the north bank of the Pánuco River, about inland from the Gulf of Mexico, and directly north of the state of Veracruz. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. The 1995–96 Tigres UANL season is the 36th season in the football club's history and the 29th consecutive season in the top flight of Mexican football. Summary In summertime, Manuel Silos in his 4th year as Dean of the University of Nuevo Leon appointed sports agent Guillermo Lara as new club President in a desperate effort to rescue the team from its first relegation ever.
