Olli
Olli is a Dutch children's book character and a stuffed toy. The character Olli was created in 2004 by Dutch designer and film director Hein Mevissen and writer Diederiekje Bok as a character for a bottled mineral water. Olli was one of the many characters used on the packages and posters of the bottled water brand and John's Phone. Olli was launched at a party of MTV In Rotterdam in 2004. In 2013, Olli was again part of a campaign, this time to save the Rotterdam Zoo Diergaarde Blijdorp. Olli is part of the Ollimania family which is the company that created and owns all characters. After the launch, Olli became the symbol of Rotterdam and professional football club Feyenoord. On 10 September 2015, Ollimania and its creators Hein Mevissen and Diederiekje Bok donated a huge Olli statue to the Sophia children's hospital in Rotterdam. Olli Muotka
Olli Muotka (born 14 July 1988, in Rovaniemi) is a Finnish ski jumper and former Nordic combined athlete. Before 2007 Muotka competed mainly in Nordic combined, in the Junior World Ski Championships and World Cup B competitions. Since 2007 Muotka started to concentrate on ski jumping. In 2007 Junior World Ski Championships he finished eighth in the normal hill and won a bronze medal in the team competition. He made his Continental Cup debut in December 2007, his best result being a twelfth place from Zakopane in February 2008. He made his World Cup debut in January 2010 in Sapporo, collecting his first World Cup points with a fourteenth place. Olli-Markus Taivainen (born May 2, 1989) is a Finnish ski-orienteering competitor and World Champion. He won a gold medal in the ''middle distance'', a silver medal in the ''sprint'' and a bronze medal in the ''long distance'' at the 2009 World Ski Orienteering Championships. Oliver John Wisdom (8 March 1958 – 23 August 2021) was a British Goa and psy trance musician, and clothing producer, who lived in London. From the 1990s he recorded under the name Space Tribe. Early life and education Olli Wisdom was the eldest son of Anthony Wisdom and his wife Charlotte (''née'' Hartstein) and grew up in London and in Monmouth, Wales. He went to school in London and at Hereford Cathedral School in Hereford. Career in music In the early 1980s Wisdom was the singer in the theatrical glam and gothic rock group Specimen, and co-founded and ran The Batcave, London's weekly goth club-night at the Gargoyle Club. Olli Vänskä
Turisas is a Finnish metal band from Hämeenlinna. They were founded in 1997 by Mathias Nygård and Jussi Wickström, and named after an ancient Finnish god of war. Turisas are a folk metal band, incorporating elements of power metal and symphonic metal along with frequent harsh vocals. Turisas is known to play most of their solos on electric violin, as opposed to traditional guitar solos. ''Battle Metal'' (2004–2007) Since 2003, Turisas have been signed to Century Media records, which released their debut album ''Battle Metal'' in 2004. Olli Ungvere (born Olga Marie Birk; 17 June 1906 – 12 December 1991) was an Estonian stage and film actress and singer whose career spanned more than sixty years on the stages of most of Estonia's largest theaters. Early life Born Olga Marie Birk in Lüütja, Mikitamäe Parish, in Setomaa, she was the youngest of two sisters born to Oskar Alfred Julius Birk and Leeno Nass (''née'' Praggi).
