Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. These contrast with benign tumors, which do not spread. "Over There" is the two-part second season finale of the Fox science fiction drama series ''Fringe''. They are the 21st and 22nd episodes of the season, and the 42nd and 43rd episodes of the series overall.
